Web Raisers - The New England Institute of Art

Web Raisers is a student run club that creates or redesigns web sites for non-profit organizations. With the guidance of a Faculty Advisor, students from the New England Insitute of Art in Brookline, Massachusetts, learn valuable project managment skills.

We’re a group of students at the New England Institute of Art.

Many of the students are focusing on Web Design and Web Raisers provides a great opportunity to obtain real world work experience. We welcome students from all majors to join us, not just those studying within WDIM (Web Design and Interactive Media).

We make websites for non-profit organizations.

The WebR Raisers create websites from the ground up using the latest technology at no charge. We also redesign existing sites for clients. Our clients include civic, cultural and environmental organizations.

Non-profits apply to NEIA.

Non-profit organizations interested in working with the Web Raisers apply through NEIA's Public Relations Director, Fran Berger. At the beginning of each semester, students are presented with project options and vote for the one that interests them.
